Legal Status and Scope of Services

Accreditation Training International LLC is a private, independent consultancy firm. We do not operate as a certifying body, accreditation authority, or recognition agency. We do not issue certifications, accredit institutions, or provide official endorsements of any kind.

Our services are limited to providing strategic consulting, technical-document preparation, and operational assistance to clients seeking to apply for certifications, recognitions, accreditations, registrations, or qualifications from third-party public or private entities.

We are not authorized, accredited, recognized, or affiliated in any way with the destination organizations referenced on our site. We do not act on behalf of, represent, or intervene with any public authority, private body, or certifying institution. Most of these entities are public and autonomous, and our services do not require any prior approval or delegation from them.

All logos, names, trademarks, or references to governments, institutions, public bodies, associations, or regulatory authorities (including but not limited to entities of the European Union) are the exclusive property of their respective owners, and are used strictly for illustrative and descriptive purposes only, to explain the nature of third-party procedures with which we assist from a documentation and compliance standpoint.

Accreditation Training International LLC does not and cannot guarantee any outcome or approval, as decisions regarding the acceptance, rejection, or recognition of applications are entirely at the discretion of the relevant institutions.

Any documentation, recommendations, or support materials we provide are intended for informational purposes only and do not substitute legal, regulatory, or tax advice, nor do they constitute any form of certification or endorsement.

The client remains solely responsible for verifying the legal framework applicable to their case and for the final use of the documents. Accreditation Training International LLC shall not be held liable for how the materials are used or interpreted by third parties.

By using our services, you expressly acknowledge and accept this limitation of scope and responsibility.

All services offered by Accreditation Training International LLC are strictly professional in nature and are provided as-is, without any guarantee, representation, or implication of equivalence to official actions, recognitions, or certifications issued by competent authorities. Nothing on this website or in any communication from our team should be construed as legal, regulatory, fiscal, or governmental advice. The client is solely and fully responsible for verifying the suitability, legality, and final use of any documentation, material, or process prepared with our support.

Accreditation Training International LLC shall not be liable in any circumstance for misinterpretations, improper use, or reliance on any material provided in contexts other than those for which they were explicitly designed. Any direct or indirect consequence resulting from failure to obtain an accreditation, registration, or recognition is entirely the client’s responsibility.

Any reproduction, imitation, reverse engineering, resale, or unauthorized use—whether partial or total—of our service model, brand positioning, or internal materials is expressly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.

Functional Independence Clause

The services provided by Accreditation Training International LLC are intended solely as optional, auxiliary support. No client relationship with us shall be interpreted as exclusive, indispensable, or functionally necessary to access, apply for, or complete any third-party procedure.
